Sur mon Rpi je ne me suis jamais occupé des serveurs de temps et il était toujours à l'heure, même après avoir été éteint plusieurs jours. Par contre il faut bien activer l'option "Attendre le réseau avant de lancer Kodi", ça se trouve au même endroit que les serveurs de temps dans la section "réseau de Openelec".
